W Motors is officially launched in July 2012 at a private event held in Beirut, Lebanon, following which the headquarters are established in Dubai, UAE in early 2013.

W Motors first hypercar, the Lykan HyperSport is unveiled with a world premiere at the Qatar Motor Show.

Universal Studios selects the Lykan HyperSport as the hero hypercar to be featured in the latest installment of its supercharged movie franchise, The Fast and The Furious, with actor Vin Diesel and the late Paul Walker stepping behind the wheel in box office blockbuster Furious 7.

ICONIQ Motors - with a mandate to develop electric Smart Passenger Vehicles (SPVs) to address the mass electric vehicle needs of the Global market.

W Motors launches its Flagship Gallery in Dubai in the heart of the upscale City Walk district and unveils its second hypercar model, the Fenyr SuperSport.

W Motors and partner ICONIQ Motors unveil their inaugural autonomous car, the MUSE, a collaborative project with a global community of automotive experts and visionaries.

W Motors launches its new temporary headquarters in Dubai Silicon Oasis, positioned just a stone’s throw from soon to be completed W Motors Automotive Facility, this facility sees all elements of the business coming together for the first time, from design through to assembly.

Together with the Dubai Police W Motors unveils the Ghiath Smart Patrol - the most highly advanced security vehicle in the world and the first W Motors car to be fully produced in the UAE at the company’s Dubai Silicon Oasis facility.
