Behind every hypercar that rolls off our production line stands the W Motors team.

An international crew with decades of industry experience, knowledge and, of course, innate passion for the world of hypercar design and development, is the engine that drives our success.

Sari joined W Motors when the company was first established in 2012, and supported with set-up and initial development. As Board Member at W Motors and long-term associate of Ralph R. Debbas, Sari offers his business insights to contribute to the global growth of the brand.

After beginning his career within his family business, El-Khalil decided to further his studies with an MBA from New York University in 2016 specializing in Strategy, Finance and Marketing. He went on to take a role at PepsiCo Global / PepsiCo Beverages North America as Transformation Manager, partnering with cross functional teams to drive transformational change across PepsiCo that delivers sustainable growth and shareholder value.

Currently based in New York, Sari focuses on his PepsiCo function, while contributing to W Motors’ business strategy and goals through presenting opportunities all over the world.

Ahmed Alansari is an Advisory Board Member at W Motors, leveraging his years of Executive level experience to offer tactical guidance to drive forward the business goals of the company in the Middle East and on an international level.

A forward thinking business strategist, Alansari has a stellar track record and is cited for applying ultramodern insights within business models across diverse sectors be it from Private, Government or Semi Government Corporate entities. He enjoyed an illustrious career with Dubai Aviation City Corporation; as former Acting CEO and Advisor to the Executive Chairman at Dubai South, he oversaw all strategic and project operations involving air navigation infrastructures, free zone and non-free zone activities, residential and commercial enterprises worth $30 Billion.

Alansari is also a Financial Expert at the Ministry of Justice and Dubai Courts and focuses on upholding business ethics and materializing policies and practices lawfully. He is apt in providing leadership, management and oversight to operational, audit and risk assessment teams focusing on translating business objectives to successful results, and sits on the Board of various companies in the region. He now offers his expertise to W Motors, supporting with framework building, and guiding the company to new levels of performance.

Lead Automotive Designer at W Motors, Exequiel guides the design team and ensures that the company’s DNA is brought to life across the entire portfolio of products and projects under the W Motors Special Projects Division banner.

Inspired by his father's passion for all things automotive and aerospace related since a young age, Exequiel took his affinity for design to the next level, and completed a Master’s degree in Car and Transportation Design in Italy.

A Dubai resident for more than 15 years, he joined the team in 2015 and was instrumental in the development of the Fenyr SuperSport, the company’s second limited edition hypercar.

Di Salvo is also the mastermind behind the ICONIQ Seven project, which is an all-electric multipurpose vehicle developed in partnership with sister company ICONIQ Motors based in China.

He is responsible for overseeing the W Motors’ design process from initial stages of conception, sketching and design to engineering and prototype development, and regularly travels to Europe and China to drive forward projects with the company’s network of international partners.

Jeremy’s passion for cars began at a very young age and, his innate artistic flair set him on a career path as an automotive designer. He graduated in Transportation Design (with Honours) from the International School of Design in Valenciennes, France and also interned with a number of world-class manufacturers in Italy, Spain and the US.

On moving to Dubai in 2016, Jeremy joined W Motors and specialises in exterior design. An ambitious young designer, he has already headed up two high profile exterior projects for the company including the groundbreaking BEAST PATROL prototype.

Developed by W Motors in partnership with the Safe City Group, this revolutionary vehicle is the most advanced police patrol car in the world.

Jeremy’s second headline project is the MUSE Autonomous vehicle, which is set to go into production in the UAE, and his masterful exterior design exemplifies the futuristic spirit and simple minimalistic lines whilst staying true to W Motors’ brand DNA.

A French national, Ishak joined W Motors in 2017 and brings a fine art meets design background to the team offering, specialising in both interior and exterior work, supported by an in-depth understanding of engineering processes.

His lifelong passion for automotive and aerospace saw him pursue a Master’s in Automotive and Transportation Design in France, and he is especially skilled at rough sketching and 3D renders.

The designer behind the distinctive interior of the BEAST PATROL, which required the highest degrees of functionality as well as signature W Motors style, he successfully integrated the requirement for advanced technologies, reliability and comfort, contributing towards the setting of new benchmarks for world-class security vehicles.

A team player through and through, Ishak is also responsible for the seat design of the ICONIQ SEVEN Premium and VIP Editions and headed up the VIP Edition Lounge concept.

Gaurav has been sketching cars for as long as he can remember. His fascination with four-wheeled machines began at a very young age and his family encouraged him to pursue his creative talent and aspirations of becoming an automotive designer.

Inspired by nature, music and machines, Gaurav’s extensive engineering and design knowledge are hugely influential in his work. With an Automotive Engineering degree and a Master’s in Transportation Design as well as several internships under his belt, he is also the proud recipient of a number of national and international awards.

He joined W Motors in 2017 and has contributed to a wide variety of projects, the most significant of which was the interiors conception for the MUSE Autonomous vehicle, which is set to be a gamechanger for the future of mobility.

Working closely with China based ICONIQ Motors and other key partners on the project, he provides expert advice and insight into different surfaces, materials and the feasibility of integrating various design elements to optimise autonomous vehicle possibilities.

Zak is an accomplished Automotive Designer, proficient in an extensive array of design softwares and skills ranging from sketching to digital rendering, graphic artistry and typography. 3D modeling is his strength, and crafting automotive models his passion.

Having grown up in the UK and earnt a Master’s in Automotive Design at the prestigious Coventry University, Zak’s design drive led him to experience international markets like the US, China and Germany. Zak was drawn to Dubai in 2017 after ‘discovering’ the famous W Motors Lykan HyperSport.

Zak is responsible for all the 3D work for the BEAST PATROL project and supports the Design Team on all in-house and consultancy projects. He is creative with strong technical skills and has an excellent eye for design and detail.

Rohan joined W Motors in 2018 as part of the Design Team. He grew up in the Middle East and followed the automotive industry closely over the course of his studies, which culminated in him earning a Master’s in Transportation Design in Italy.

An avid mobility enthusiast with a penchant for motorsports, Rohan’s fascination with automobiles began when he was a child. He is contributing to various projects during his time at W Motors, working mainly on MUSE Autonomous designs.

Rohan is proficient in rendering, sketching and 3D modelling. He is innovative and forward-thinking, with an aptitude for staying on top of current trends. For Rohan, design is an extension of one’s personality – he believes that the ultimate goal of any car designer is to create an emotional connection between man and machine.

We are very proud to team up with race driver Oliver Webb, who became our official Brand Ambassador in November 2019.

Oliver has a wealth of accolades to his name and holds various titles, including 2014 European Le Mans Champion, 2015 Dubai 24 Hour Champion and 2016 Asian Le Mans Champion. He has also been an LMP1 FIA WEC driver every year since 2016. A regular on the podium, Oliver also has extensive experience as a stunt and development driver. Oliver is an all-around athlete with exemplary skills. In addition to his highly regarded racing career spanning the last 15 years, he is a Triathlete and a sports commentator.

Thanks to his extensive experience on the track, Oliver is working hand-in-hand with our team to assist with the development of our upcoming supercar. He is also our chosen driver for the Fenyr SuperSport at regional and international events, pushing the car to new levels of performance.
