Sari joined W Motors when the company was first established in 2012, and supported with set-up and initial development. As a Board Member at W Motors and long-term associate of Ralph R. Debbas, Sari offers his business insights to contribute to the global growth of the brand.

After beginning his career within his family business, El-Khalil decided to further his studies with an MBA from New York University in 2016 specializing in Strategy, Finance and Marketing. He went on to take a role at PepsiCo Global, partnering with cross functional teams to drive transformational change across PepsiCo that delivers sustainable growth and shareholder value.

Currently based in New York, Sari focuses on his PepsiCo function, while contributing to W Motors’ business strategy and goals through presenting opportunities all over the world.
